Greetings from Amsterdam

Hello Everyone,

Well, we have made it to Amsterdam with a 3 hour layover before we leave for our last leg of the trip over to Nairobi, Kenya. So far, everything has gone as clock work and we had a great time in NYC getting a taste of the city, quick visits to Central Park, South Ferry, Empire State Building, Ground Zero, and John Lennon's memorial site. We stayed at the Salisbury Hotel which is owned by Calvary Baptist Church and just a few blocks away from Time Square. We had a wonderful service Sunday morning fellowshipping at Calvary. We connected with Corey Melton, our other team member and join him and his wife, Sebrina, and 6 month old Selah and Sebrina's mother, Linda for a great Indian lunch before heading to JFK for a 6:30pm departure.

So, we sit and wait for really the longest leg of the trip on to Nairobi. This will be the first experience for the three of us on a Boeing 747. It truly has already been a blessed trip and we haven't even made it to our destination yet. We all have a sense of God's presence in a mighty way and believe that our lives are going to be so impacted by the experience and we look forward to sharing much of the details with you. Continue to lift us up in your prayers. We thank you for those prayers.

Stay tuned for the latest!!
